Competences in counselling, which are actually requested from leaders in a coaching role, are not natural competences for everyone. They can be aquired though and can be fun and widen the possibilities of leadership work and make it easier.
I train these competencies and the respective attitude in annual classes in groups with constant participants. Practical experiencing and reflection of methods in coaching sessions and the transfer into the daily practice at the workplace are focus. Currently my ninth training group is under way.
